brought the Hoboken Bar & Grill to life. His vision: to

The Hoboken Bar & Grill offers
a friendly, fun atmosphere, as well as one of the finest, most
eclectic menus in town. Offering everything from traditional
favorites like Pulled Pork Sliders, Fish 'N' Chips, and Wings, to
high end signature dishes including Grilled Chicken Mac 'N' Cheese,

to all of our patrons. Chef Jacinto, a native of Oaxaca,
Mexico, used his family's kitchen as a culinary laboratory for years
before realizing that his passion of food could extend into a
lifelong career. Having opened three restaurants already and
using his 15 years of experience in French and Italian cooking, Chef
Jacinto has succeeded in blending his style with Hoboken Bar &
Grill's nouveau-American menu to create some of the areas most
unique and innovative dishes. His passion in the kitchen
continues to push the culinary envelope and advances forward to
